How it all started

Inspired by the quiet charm and resilience of pigeons, Pigeonhole is about resisting labels and celebrating what makes places (and people) interesting. We’re guided by passion, compassion, and integrity in how we pour, cook, and show up for our community.

Collectively, we’ve spent decades working in hospitality and wanted to create a neighborhood watering nest that feels easy to walk into good drinks, tasty food, and people who are happy you’re there. Nothing super fancy, just solid cocktails and a comfortable space.
